About The Role

Project Role :Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert

Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Summary:As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will be pivotal in driving innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to enhance the reputation of Accenture in the marketplace. By fostering trusted advisor relationships, you will contribute to shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and its clients achieve their goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of technology solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience in configuring and implementing time management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.

Ability to analyze and optimize business processes related to time management.

Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to provide insights on time management metrics.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
