Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Lead and guide team members in project delivery. Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Strong understanding of HR technology solutions. Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules. Knowledge of integration with other HR systems. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. This position is based at our Pune office.
