Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus and alignment among stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with SAP HCM Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.

Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.

Ability to analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full time education is required.
