By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with clients and ensuring successful delivery outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement best practices for project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of business process design and implementation. - Experience with change management strategies and methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
