Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs. - Design and implement technology solutions to address client challenges. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on project deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
