Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service fulfillment- Develop and implement data modeling techniques and methodologies- Design and optimize application architecture Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Fulfillment, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Process Improvements, Application Design- Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes- Experience in implementing technology best practices- Knowledge of business process architecture principles- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Fulfillment- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A BE or equivalent is required Qualification BE or equivalent
