Role Summary:
1. 5+ years of experience in encryption technologies, data security, or cybersecurity analysis
2. Strong knowledge of encryption algorithms, key management systems, and security frameworks
3. Experience working in cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement controls
4. Comfortable working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and managing delivery artifacts
5. Tools: Jira, SharePoint, Power BI (for reporting and collaboration)
6. Ability to translate business requirements into technical encryption solutions
7. Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
8. Fluent English communication to support global collaboration
