Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Tracking the performance of the Telecaller on daily basis
Monitor the team day-to -day performance and support in achieving the targets
Help the telecaller in handling the calls with customer
Need to handle escalation calls of telecaller and support in convincing the customer
Need to do regular supervisor call audit on daily without any deviation
Conduct the regular meeting with the team and share the update of your portfolio movement
Analysing and guide the telecaller in achieving the target
Helping the team to Attain the performance /target on day -to -day operation
Follow the SOP of the portfolio
Should follow the field team and coordinate for the collection
Responsible in managing the team attrition and shrinkage
Publishing the reports on daily basis to the teams

Preferred candidate profile

Good knowledge in handling dailer
Good team management skills
Good in strategy planning and execution as per team performance to achieve the targets
Graduate
Should have 3-5years experience in collection telecalling
