Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end PLM implementations or transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in PLM, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex Teamcenter projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle implementation of Teamcenter PLM solutions, from initiation through delivery and support. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and customer expectations. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and budgets. Coordinate across functional and technical teams, including business analysts, developers, architects, and QA. Facilitate communication between client stakeholders, Siemens partners, and internal delivery teams. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolutions to ensure successful outcomes. Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reports to clients and senior management. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business processes and end-user needs. Support change management, training, and go-live activities. Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in the IT/Engineering domain with at least 4 years managing PLM or Teamcenter projects. Strong understanding of Siemens Teamcenter architecture, modules, and implementation practices. Experience managing cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore. Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks), and MES. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet). PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery models. Siemens Teamcenter certifications are an added advantage. Exposure to cloud-based Teamcenter deployments (AWS/Azure). Familiarity with change management, training strategy, and UAT planning.
