Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter Unified with client-server architecture in 2-tier and 4-tier environments, including infrastructure components such as Teamcenter server, BMID, TEM, Deployment Center, Active Workspace Client (AWC), Rich client, and various CAD integrations. - Experience installing server and client-side components of Teamcenter PLM, including SSO, T4EA, Supplier Collaboration, SCF, TcRA, Dispatchers, and FSC services (up to V14 preferred). - Knowledge of ITAR Security requirements related to system environment access in pre-production and Production environments. - Conduct installation (upgrades and greenfield), configuration, data migrations, and maintenance of Teamcenter Systems (Linux & Windows) in pre-production and production environments. - Maintain Teamcenter hardware/software infrastructure and analyze PLM system performance. - Monitor Systems, Network, and Infrastructure using software such as Nagios. - Analyze and resolve complex production issues in PLM applications, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and optimize cross-system performance (application, network, and database). Qualifications Required: - Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Teamcenter Unified and PLM systems. - Knowledge of ITAR Security requirements and experience with system environment access. - Familiarity with monitoring software such as Nagios. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions for optimizing system performance.
