Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Member role located in Gurgaon. The Team Member will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, taking accurate customer orders, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and providing support for daily operations. Additional responsibilities include managing stock, assisting with promotions, and ensuring that company standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, such as attentiveness, patience, and a friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
• Teamwork and communication skills for seamless collaboration
• Ability to handle tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Previous experience in the food and beverage/Quick Service Restaurant industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
