Team Member - Technical Services (Electrical)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring systematic maintenance in the electrical systems or equipment, improving equipment reliability, and eliminating all losses. Your role will involve developing and implementing maintenance plans, coordinating troubleshooting and maintenance activities, analyzing breakdowns, calibrating equipment, adhering to EHS requirements, and championing safe working practices in your area. Additionally, you will be involved in spares planning, implementing predictive maintenance, developing PM schedules, and leading corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures. Your role will also include coaching and supporting teams to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing systematic maintenance approach in the electrical systems or equipment - Improving equipment reliability and eliminating losses - Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules - Coordinating troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize downtime - Analyzing breakdowns and implementing corrective actions - Calibrating equipment regularly for optimal performance - Adhering to all statutory EHS requirements - Managing spares planning and ensuring adequate stocks - Developing and implementing predictive maintenance system - Leading PM schedules and checklists - Conducting breakdown analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions - Coaching and supporting teams to meet targets Qualification Required: - B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Full-Time only) - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Plant Engineering - Experience working in a continuous process industry - Strong technical knowledge of AC Drives, Servo Control, PLCs, Electrical systems, Power distribution, Electrical Motors, Transformers, etc. - Knowledge of Industrial Safety, 5S, ISO Systems - Exposure to 5S, WCM based improvement techniques, cross-functional relationship management, and safety systems & standards.,
