Role Responsibilities

Role:

Product Research team member - responsible for identifying validating customer needs, product features and future vehicle concepts, with the aim of bridging the gap between consumer expectations and product development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on user preferences, pain points, and unmet needs through qualitative and quantitative methods.
Validate vehicle concepts and feature sets through surveys, focus groups, and in-market experiments.
Analyse vehicle feature desirability, pricing elasticity, and willingness-to-pay.
Benchmark global vehicles track innovation trends in vehicle design, connectivity, and sustainability.
Work closely with Product Planning, Design, Engineering, Marketing teams to guide product specifications and value propositions.
Manage third-party research agencies and data providers to deliver custom studies and reports.
Present actionable insights to leadership through dashboards, presentations and executive briefs. 5 Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Research Methodology Knowledge - qualitative quantitative
Analytical skills - analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Data Visualization skills, including MS PowerPoint skills.
Statistical Software Proficiency - MS Excel, SPSS etc.
Business portfolio Financial Acumen

Behavioral
