Managing the production processes and ensuring that they are efficient, cost - effective, and of high quality. Overseeing production schedules, ensuring production targets are met, and implementing production improvement strategies. Managing and leading production teams, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently. Ensuring that the products produced by the manufacturing facility are of high quality, meet customer specifications, and comply with industry standards. Responsible for ensuring that the production equipment is well - maintained, repaired, and upgraded as needed to ensure production efficiency. Responsible for managing production costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Managing inventory, reducing waste, and optimizing production processes. Responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing facility complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including health and safety regulations. Responsible for providing regular reports on production processes, including performance, quality, and cost data. Responsible for preparing annual budgets and forecasts. Strong problem - solving and communication skills.
