Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join

our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer

service, managing inventory, preparing flavors, and ensuring the smooth operation of

our service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry,

possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and be eager to contribute to a

positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with flavor selections.

• Guide customers in choosing flavors and toppings based on their preferences.

• Oversee the order process and ensure accurate delivery to the kitchen.

• Offer suggestions for toppings that complement selected frozen yogurt flavors.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food items, notifying the outlet manager of

low stock.

• Perform stocking and food rotation tasks according to set guidelines.

• Set up the store by arranging all toppings neatly and ensuring everything is stocked and

ready for service.

• Assist in the preparation of frozen yogurt flavors to ensure they are fresh and available

for customers.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues for timely and accurate

order processing.

• Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and well-maintained, meeting company

standards.

• Address customer inquiries and provide support throughout their experience.

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding services.Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.

• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.

• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.
