Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies for brands across platforms including Print +Digital Develop a plans which are an integrated mix of concept for Print + Digital + white-label Production Oversee the creation of engaging content such as articles, videos, and social media posts that align with brand messaging and objectives. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure content consistency and quality. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Develop ideas for brand which effectively use influencers as a part of storytelling narrative Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with influencer team to manage budget and campaign execution Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Video Production & Digital Storytelling Curate Video production ideas, from concept development for various digital platforms of TIL and White-label Production for clients Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce videos that effectively communicate brand stories and product information. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Stay updated on the latest video marketing trends and technologies to continually enhance content quality and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Execution Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing goals. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Script Development: Write scripts for TVC/DVC, influencer films, product promos, and social videos. Transform ideation team inputs into structured narratives with emotional hooks, pacing, and strong dialogue Brief Interpretation: Analyse client briefs (brand, campaign objectives) and internal ideation to build scripts aligned with brand voice . Formats & Adaptation: Adapt scripts based on format (e.g., 30-sec TVC, 60-sec social cutdowns, influencer vs. long-form TV content). Ensure concise, clear language and correct formatting for production/storyboarding . Collaboration: Work closely with ideation teams, producers, directors, and clients to refine concepts and deliver final scripts. Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch visual ideas and narrative solutions Revisions: Revise scripts based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients iterative refinement is essential Research: Conduct background research to ensure authenticity product insights, brand tone, cultural fit, influencer persona, and audience preferences Production Support: Support storyboarding and pre production planning by providing detailed descriptions of scenes, settings, and visuals Delivery: Meet deadlines across concurrent projects and maintain clarity in script files and version control
