Job Description

Drive end-to-end execution of new product launches for assigned geographies, ensuring timely delivery and commercial success.
Prepare project charts aligned with all functions and track stage gates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFTs), customers, and business partners to achieve operational excellence in launch execution.
Ensure on-time launches for different channels, including DTM, B2B, Hospital, and Specialty.
Track challenges, escalate when needed, and ensure resolution to maintain timelines and budgets.
Lead regular Launch Readiness Reviews with CFTs and drive monthly meetings.
Execute Day 1 launches for various channels, including DTM, B2B, Hospital, and Specialty.
Maintain adequate lead time for PO processing, manufacturing, logistics, QA release, and regulatory compliance, factoring in PBS listing timelines.
Ensure stock availability during launch and maintain safety stock levels for continuous supply, preventing stockouts in the first year post-launch.
Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets from new product launches and provide management updates on business performance.
Maintain launch performance trackers, analyze on-time delivery, and highlight areas for improvement to accelerate launches.
Identify opportunities to expedite launch timelines, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance launch execution efficiency.
Adhere to strict launch timelines, managing dependencies across multiple teams and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
Manage stock availability and forecasting, minimizing excess inventory and wastage while maintaining adequate stock levels.
Navigate the regulatory landscape, including PBS listing timelines and MA approval complexities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Business Unit Heads, Customers, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PL), Business Planning, Regulatory Bodies, Demand & Supply Planning, Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science/pharmacy/biotechnology is preferred; an MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management is a plus.
3-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, specifically in product development, launches, or project management.
Strong MS Excel and analytical skills, with familiarity with project management tools/software.
Experience with regulatory submissions and approvals in multiple European countries, along with good presentation and commercial skills.
Knowledge of forecasting tools/demand planning, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Pharma domain, with SAP experience being preferred.
Proactive, go-getter, and can-do attitude, with high ownership and accountability.
Result-oriented and productivity-focused, analytical mindset, and a hunger to learn.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and ambiguity based on market dynamics.
Experience in DTM launches is preferred.
Working in product development (IPD) or similar integrated functions is an added advantage.
Technical skills include familiarity with project management tools/software, strong MS Excel & Analytical Skills, knowledge of forecasting tools/demand planning, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Pharma domain, and experience with Regulatory/Quality systems and artwork/packaging process.
