Preparing Costing Master and its periodical Review
Preparation of Daily and Monthly MIS
Preparation of price list of Various products
Monthly reconciliation and updating of standard costs to actual costs

Holdingmeetings of Board, Audit Committee, CSR Committee and Nomination andRemuneration Committee;

Preparationof agenda and minutes

Filingof E Forms and Directors Disclosures under Companies Act, 2013 on MCA Portal

Weeklyupdates on Corporate Laws;

Handlingother Companies Act compliances

Knowledgeof RERA compliances

Legalvetting of sale agreements namely Allotment letter, agreement for sale, saledeed and transfer documents

Legalresearch of important matters

Draftingof suits for district courts

Submissionof monthly MIS on legal cases

Education required (min 50 to Max 100characters)
