Qualification-

Graduate in Engineering(Chemical)
Diploma Chemical/Graduation

Please note

Responsibilities:

Contribute to achieving budgeted Anhydrous AlCl production targets.
Oversee normal operations of the AlCl bagging area in the AAC Plant.
Monitor and record process parameters and product quality during bagging.
Verify and segregate finished goods by grade and packing type; supervise vehicle inspection and loading.
Plan and maintain records of bagging materials and Aluminum ingot inventory for smooth operations.
Coordinate periodic calibration checks of weighing balances with the Instrument Department.
Inspect and arrange wooden pallets for finished goods storage.
Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE compliance.

Desired profile:

Support reactor and chlorine operations, including material dislodging and handling.
Ensure adherence to packing specifications and safety standards.
Plan and manage contractual manpower with defined job responsibilities.
Prepare SOPs, update SAP, and execute daily plans for production, maintenance, and packing.
Maintain quality-driven production to achieve targets in a safe work environment.
