Essential requirements

Foundational knowledge in contract management and 2+ years legal or industry experience working as a contracts manager or strategic sourcing manager supporting the procurement team with legal expertise.
Qualified as an attorney and trained as a legal in university
Able to negotiate legal terms, understands legal principles in the USA and India la
Unflinching attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves and do both tactical work
Close partnership with the Legal department
Strong written and verbal communication, cross-cultural collaboration and relationship management skills
Technology background and able to navigate new systems and tools as both a user and administrator
Proven ability to engage and influence senior business leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with relevant tools such as IronClad, LinkSquares (or other comparable CLMs), Zip, Workday and other specific procurement software
Project management and process improvement background with exceptional analytical, organization, and problem solving skills; use data to drive recommendations
