Job Description

As the Asset Management Operations Lead, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the achievement of KPIs and contractual obligations. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing best-in-class processes and practices globally, as well as managing the team and ensuring their development, performance, and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for service delivery managers and escalation for client concerns. Your responsibilities will also include generating reports, managing work schedules efficiently, conducting recruitment processes, and providing audit support. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Asset Management Operations to meet KPIs and contractual obligations - Establish and deploy best-in-class processes and practices globally - Manage team objectives, performance, talent development, and retention - Ensure customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and function profitability - Generate customer and internal management reports regularly - Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns - Guide the team in scheduling work efficiently and resolving conflicts - Conduct recruitment processes and manage joiners and leavers activities - Track workload and overtime to ensure even distribution of tasks - Provide audit support and follow up on observations and non-conformities - Collaborate with leaders across process areas for alignment and understanding Qualifications Required: - Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with governance standards, ISO, and BSI - Strong understanding of ITIL process areas and asset management tools - Interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of IT systems and technology - Experience in ITIL services management and team productivity management - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work flexibly - Certification in IAITAM Best Practices Library (IBPL) is desirable,
