Team Manager-Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and improving the organization's financial reporting system, including preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IND AS. Your role will require working with Big4 or Big6 audit firms and driving the financial MIS system while coordinating with functional teams across different plants. You should be prepared to take on challenges associated with the job profile. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the accounting and reporting of Listed Company Financial Statements and its subsidiaries. - Take ownership of the Group's multi-currency consolidation process, including joint venture accounting, for internal management and statutory purposes. - Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes. - Design and implement accounting controls, policies, and procedures. - Ensure the implementation of a robust accounting system. - Maintain and update fixed asset records. - Initiate and follow up on IT initiatives, including ERP implementations. Qualifications Required: - CA with 8-10 years of experience. - Prior experience from Big4 Audit firms or Consumer Goods & Manufacturing Company. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions. - Thorough knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, IND AS, and GAAP. - Strong Excel and software experience. - Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements. - Track record of meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and integrity. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage priorities effectively. - Self-motivated learner who contributes to a culture of excellence and teamwork.
