Understand technical requirements from stakeholders, build teams and help teams delivering right solutions

Develop and lead a business driven competent and trusted teams supplying scalable digital solutions and services in a professional manner
Manage the budget, resources, and timelines of projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
Mentor and coach team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading IoT projects and teams.
Strong understanding of IoT architectures, protocols, and technologies.
Experience working with programming languages such as C#, .NET, React, Python, or Java.
Experience working with AMQP, MQTT
Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and project management skills, agile development methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
