Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive HNI sales and acquisition.
  • Oversee team management, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales targets, and team achievements to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.

Qualifications
