• Lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and report progress to management.
• Motivate the team through recognition, incentives, and a winning attitude.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts, processes, and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory if strong sales experience).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in telecom, Insurance, financial services, Travel or BPO (Sales) utility sales will be an added advantage.
