Team Leader

This is a full-time on-site Female Team Lead Manager role located in Kanpur at Zairo International. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, setting team goals and objectives, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the team meets performance targets and deadlines. The role also involves fostering a positive team environment and driving continuous improvement.
