The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, providing personalized investment, estate planning, and wealth structuring solutions. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of private bankers/relationship managers to enhance performance and ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with product, research, and investment teams will be essential to offer comprehensive wealth management solutions. Your role will also involve identifying market opportunities and supporting regional business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in private banking and wealth management in India. Strong leadership skills are crucial, along with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively. A proven track record in managing relationships with HNW or UHNW clients is required. Furthermore, a deep understanding of investment products, wealth planning strategies, and regulatory norms is essential for this role.
