Operations Competencies Required
1.Manage the overall operations independently.
2. Sound knowledge of documentation pertaining to import clearance/Bill of advice preparation/barcode-Batch label creation.
3.Willing to travel within state for Batch code handover and QC inspection-Mandatory .
4. Understanding of warehouse operations KRA/KPI.
5. Lead a team of 30-50 executives.
6. Mis reporting skills.
7. Controls inventory levels by reconciling with data storage systems.
8.Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.
9. Alignment of logistic partners for daily shipment dispatch and On Time delivery.
10. Appointment creation on customer portal based on EDD.
11. Closure of internal and External audit Points within time frame.
12. Customer focused & results driven approach.
Candidate requirements
1 BE/B.Tech/ Graduation with proven experience in Warehouse operations.
2. 2-5 years of Warehousing & logistic experience preferably in Ecommerce /FMCG.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Hands-on experience of WMS/ERP (SAP).
