* Defining clear team goals and objectives, developing strategies, and creating action plans to achieve them.* Leading, motivating, and guiding team members, ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed.* Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring efficient workload distribution.* Tracking team progress, providing regular feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.* Facilitating open communication within the team, acting as a bridge between team members and management, and fostering a collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS

* Proficient in both verbal and written communications.* More preference to candidates that belongs to nearby localities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
