TEAM LEADER

• Lead and manage the Admissions Team to ensure efficient and professional handling of all inquiries and applications.
• Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve annual enrolment targets.
• Coordinate admission events such as open houses, campus tours, orientation sessions, and entrance assessments.
• Supervise the collection, verification, and processing of student applications and related documentation.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the admissions team to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.
• Maintain updated records and generate regular reports on application trends, inquiries, and enrolments.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote the school and enhance visibility through campaigns and outreach.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and feeder institutions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
