Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join our Training & Development team as Executive / Senior Executive Trainer . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering training sessions, creating content, managing training tools, and driving learning projects. Experience in the General or Life Insurance industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions across various functions. Develop, customize, and maintain training content and materials. Utilize MS Office tools to prepare presentations, reports, and training aids. Support in implementing training tools and technology for better learning experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for training needs and schedules. Assist in managing and tracking training projects and timelines. Maintain training records, feedback, and reports for performance evaluation. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree or higher in any discipline. 12 years of proven experience in a training role. Experience in content creation, project management, and training tools. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential. Experience in the Insurance sector (GI/Life) is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. Well-organized with attention to detail. Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
