The Water Infrastructure team is responsible for various Design, Construction Management & Supervision and Project Management Unit (PMU) services for various clients across India. We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader at Tirunelveli UGSS Project. Missions/Main Duties Team leader will be responsible for overall project management and administration. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, urban planners, and local authorities. Organize stakeholder consultations, workshops, and meetings. Communicate project progress and address concerns raised by stakeholders. Appraisal of subproject as required, advice on procurement and bid process management, construction supervision, quality control and monitoring, contract management. Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders. Maintain thorough documentation of the planning process, decisions, and revisions. Ensure that all project records are organized and easily accessible for future reference. Profile/Skills Graduate Civil Engineer and Postgraduate in environmental / public health engineering or management (full time, from accredited institutes) Should have 15 years of working experience in similar works and 10 years of experience in construction management of waste water projects. Experience in the similar capacity and sound knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions, Contract management shall be an added advantage.
