Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for telesales agents on health insurance products, soft skills, and compliance.
Deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions for the tele sales team.
Perform regular call audits to assess quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years experience as a Telesales Trainer in the insurance domain.
Strong understanding of health insurance products and telesales process.
Excellent communication in Malayalam, Tamil, and English – mandatory.
