Team Leader - Tele collection -Bank Sales & Recovery-No of opening - 01 Primary objective is to supervise and manage Tele collections Team & to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them. Job Responsibilities: · Manage, monitor & motivate Teams. · Manage the Collection process for assigned Telesales team · Ensure Sales & Collection team are delivering individual calls target, SLA & KPI · Maximize Productivity by increasing Kept/Call, RPC%, PTP%, & kept% · Reviewing, Monitoring calls, Coaching and Feedback, Bottom Quartile Management, Individual Target settings, Weekly and monthly one on ones, analyzing relevant reports, making reports and reporting to management on areas of improvement. · To support in recruiting, developing and supporting a team delivering front line to ensure resolution of enquiries, complaints and request for services at the earliest possible opportunity. · Reviewing Attrition, Shrinkage, Roster. · Delivering given targets for resolution for the buckets aligned. · Basic understanding of dialer metrics/strategies. · To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the hours of the operation of the Contact Centre. Desired Profile: · 3+ years exp overall experience in tele - collections. · Must have exposure to call center environment. · Must have Collections, Team Management Skills · Has knowledge about Shrinkage, Attrition, Quality, Feedback and coaching, KEPT%, KEPT/FTE Who should join: · Candidates who are result oriented · Who have relevant experience in Bank Sales & Recovery Tele Collection Executive- No of opening -10 Job description · Calling to the customers to remind their due date of installment. · Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment. · Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time. · Provide the options of payment channels for making the payment. · Fix appointment for the field collections team if customer asks for collecting payment from home. · Follow up with the customers till the payment is received. · Ensure that all details of the calls update on collections is updated on the system as per the process.
