Team Leader

Role Overview: The Team Leader for the Swiggy Influencer (IF) channel will be responsible for building and managing our network of freelance influencers on the ground. This is a crucial, sales-oriented role focused on driving delivery executive hiring. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing: Identify and onboard new influencers. Management: Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, resolving their issues and ensuring they meet targets. Performance: Track influencer performance and report results to the central team. Engagement: Motivate the influencer network by communicating incentives and updates. Required Skills: Experience: Proven experience in sales or ground operations, with a background in working with vendors and delivery partners.
