Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage site visit coordination for sales team, ensuring timely scheduling and execution of visits.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Assist in business development activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with inside sales team to convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure seamless follow-ups with clients after site visits to close deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Real Estate).
  • Strong understanding of Sales Coordination principles and practices.
  • Excellent Business Development skills with ability to generate new leads and maintain existing ones.
  • Proficiency in Follow Ups techniques to ensure successful deal closure.
