Job Description

The Team Leader RCM Training is responsible for identifying training needs, creating content, and executing programs to enhance team readiness, compliance, and performance across RCM functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with Operations and Quality.
  • Develop and deliver new hire, cross-skill, and upskill training programs.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and ensure accurate training documentation.
  • Manage training schedules, attendance, and outcome reporting.
  • Support the Manager in audits, stakeholder meetings, and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Experience Required:

Minimum of 7+ years of RCM experience, including at least 2 years in a training leadership role. Strong knowledge of AR, Billing, Denials, and Payment Posting. Experience in curriculum design, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Shift Requirement:

Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts:
Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shift 2: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
