Team Leader Painting

Position : Team Leader Painting Location : Khed City , Pune Experience : 4 to 8 Years Qualification: Any Diploma Facilities : Canteen / Transport / Insurance Role & responsibilities : 1. Operational Control area 2. Ensure safety at work • Paint shop Production and Quality. 3. Ensure the correct use of PPE by self & other team members of the department. 4. Ensure to follow rules, regulations. 5. Communicate to Office in charge all incidents happened into the department, & work place. 6. Organize the department and the production process 7. Manage the department personnel To follow and ensures about the instructions given by Supervisor about Consumable control along with Aluminum wheel Painting best practices. 8. Ensure Production plan in accordance with fixed time, checking quantity and quality with reference to quality standard required. 9. Monitor technological checks and operating phases, in order to ensure productive standards. 10. Organize himself, in order to reach production aims established. 11. Support New Launches, Trials, process modifications etc in his area. 12. Ensure to follow the instructions & deployment of various systems (in applicable form) such as M2S, TPM etc. 13. Communicate with Supervisor about anomalies on equipment causing general malfunctioning. 14. Ensure workstations are always in order according to 5S actions. 15. Ensure proper communication within department in all suitable forms. 16. Communicate about the training needs according to the skills matrix and requirements to Supervisor in order to promote the autonomy and independence. 17. Ensure to follow personnel behavior in accordance with the company code. 18. Support to Supervisor to manage personnel planning (holidays, permits, diseases, incidents, shift change) 19. To get information from Supervisor about the changes in company code, job procedures and activities to do. 20. Provide support to junior for activities management. 21. Cooperate to management of Quality system • Ensure the correct application of Quality system instructions in line with ISO-TS 16949 / IATF regulation, Customer requirements, ensuring the achievement of defined KPI. 22. To support Supervisor to execute the product, process and system audit, according with Quality Systems. 23. Work closely with Quality department on key results as (laboratory tests, engineering tests and periodical examination of Paint shop processes). 24. Cooperate with others Department to prevent and/or resolve Quality problems. 25. Cooperate to management of environmental system • Ensure the correct application of environmental system ISO 14000 & Customer specific standards.
