Role Overview:

The OTC Team Lead will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. This role requires strong leadership, process expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the OTC team to achieve operational targets and SLAs.
• Oversee the entire OTC cycle, including order management, invoicing, credit management, collections, and cash application.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for the OTC process.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve disputes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 58 years of experience in OTC operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of OTC processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in shared services or global business services environment.
• Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
