Hi,We are looking for Team Leader!!Desired Candidate Profile!Minimum 2-3 years experience as a team lead operation in an inbound customer service process at any reputed Domestic or International call Centre.Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat.Should have knowledge of Lean six sigma green belt certification content.
