Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of team members, including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
Regularly impart effective coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery monthly.
Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective action.
Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information. Schedule and organize team activities.
Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attend required manager development training.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies.
Support and manage the program together with other Team Leaders and Managers.
Provide input for selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisals of work group(s) in accordance with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.
Manage team members on a regular basis and write and deliver performance appraisals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduation in a related field with one to three years of relevant experience preferred (Banking, credit card preferred).
Strong understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards, accounts), services, and financial transactions.
Prior experience in the credit card domain is preferred.
Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to lead team members, multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables.
Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
1-2 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
