Team Leader Operations
Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of team members, including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
  • Regularly impart effective coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery monthly.
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective action.
  • Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information. Schedule and organize team activities.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attend required manager development training.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies.
  • Support and manage the program together with other Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Provide input for selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisals of work group(s) in accordance with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Manage team members on a regular basis and write and deliver performance appraisals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Graduation in a related field with one to three years of relevant experience preferred (Banking, credit card preferred).
  • Strong understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards, accounts), services, and financial transactions.
  • Prior experience in the credit card domain is preferred.
  • Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead team members, multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
  • 1-2 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
