Job Summary:

Team Leader Operations

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of executives/associates to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Monitor daily operations, workloads, and service levels
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and company policies
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Track KPIs such as AHT, TAT, quality scores, attendance, and shrinkage
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Quality, Training, WFM, and Support teams
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives
  • Drive team motivation, engagement, and retention
