Job Summary:

Team Leader Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and supervise a team of executives/associates to meet productivity and quality targets
Monitor daily operations, workloads, and service levels
Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and company policies
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
Track KPIs such as AHT, TAT, quality scores, attendance, and shrinkage
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with Quality, Training, WFM, and Support teams
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management
Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives
Drive team motivation, engagement, and retention
