You must have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Team Leader. Your communication skills in both English and Hindi should be excellent. It is essential for you to be well-versed with the Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of a Team Leader. The job involves working in rotational shifts with one rotational week off. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to 4 LPA.
