Job Description

The job involves overseeing and assisting with day-to-day basic operations of the Distribution Center (DC) in a Full-time, Permanent role. You will take primary ownership of manpower planning and recruitment activities to ensure timely, sufficient, and efficient hiring of delivery personnel and support staff. Coordination with internal teams to track staffing requirements and close gaps without delay is a key responsibility. A proactive approach to recruitment is necessary to ensure zero disruption to DC performance.
