Job Description

As a Operations Team Leader you will be responsible for manages workforces in a way that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. Your main focus is fostering team unity and boosting a company’s day-to-day efficiency. We are looking a high-energy multi-tasker who can communicate effectively with interdepartmental staff and help an organization meet its goals successfully. Required Experience and Qualifications * Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor or operations. * In-depth knowledge of performance metrics * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Organizational and time-management skills * Decision-making & Problem Solving skills * Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus * Proven work experience in BPO will prefer * Must be able to handle customer queries. * Well-versed with basic knowledge of computer.
