Team Management Lead and supervise field engineers/technicians for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet services. Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work. Monitor staff performance and provide training where needed. Customer Service & Issue Resolution Ensure quick resolution of customer complaints and service requests. Coordinate with customers for installation schedules, fault repairs, and upgrades. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Network Operations Oversee network uptime, performance, and quality of service. Report outages or major issues to higher management. Ensure compliance with ISP technical standards and safety procedures. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports. Maintain records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Track inventory of network equipment and tools. Coordination & Communication Work closely with the operations, sales, and technical support teams. Update management about field activities, challenges, and improvement suggestions. Compliance & Safety Ensure that team follows company policies, quality guidelines, and safety standards. Comply with government regulations related to internet service operations.
