Position: Executive/Sr.Executive Operations/Team leaderCTC: 3.5-4LPALocation: Sahakar Nagar BangaloreExperience: Min 1 years of experience in handling team of Sales/Delivery executives/Phlebotomists.Language known: English, Kannada, TamilShift timings: 5 AM - 2:30 PM (Can be logged in at home at 5 AM)Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.Effective team handling/ handling a team size of 10+ employeesEnhance systems, processes, and best practices.Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.Handle Phlebotomists and ensure orders are being collected on timeAssigning orders to the phlebotomist and following up with the sameCollaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives.Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs.Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.If interested please contact sahana.a@thyrocare.com or 8356842910
