Job Overview: The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 8 Relationship Officers (ROs) in the broking industry. The role involves driving the team to achieve business targets, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with the firm’s standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a proven ability to generate and grow business in the financial markets. Key Responsibilities: - *Team Management*: - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 to 8 Relationship Officers. - Set clear goals, KPIs, and targets for the team members. - Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge. - Monitor daily activities of the ROs, ensuring timely and effective client interaction. - *Sales and Business Development*: - Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. - Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing clients. - Collaborate with the team to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent revenue growth. - Identify cross-sell opportunities for various financial products and services.
