Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Mortgage/Underwriter (back-office) located in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of underwriters, overseeing mortgage underwriting processes, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the Team Leader will provide support, training, and guidance to team members, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Experience in Accounting and Auditing
Leadership and team management skills
