Job Description

Team Leader Merchant/QR/Shop On-Boarding

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of
Merchant Onboarding Executives/Field Sales Officers
.
Ensure daily/weekly merchant onboarding targets for
QR codes, shop listings, POS, and digital payment acceptance
.
Conduct field visits, monitor team performance, and provide training & support.
Maintain high-quality onboarding standards with proper KYC and documentation.
Drive productivity through motivation, coaching, and performance tracking.
Review MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth merchant activation.
Resolve merchant issues quickly to ensure strong retention and service satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and manage field executives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

16 years
of experience in
merchant on-boarding, QR deployment, fin-tech, or field sales team leadership
.
Strong understanding of
UPI, QR, POS, merchant KYC, and digital payment ecosystem
.
Proven ability to lead field sales teams and achieve targets.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM is a plus.
